You will work with authentic Thai ingredients to create popular Thai dishes, including learning how to make your very own green and red curry pastes. Impress and delight your friends with your Thai cookery skills.

All courses are taught by our chefs, Jake Pinn and David Frear. Our school is positioned in Abinger Hammer, a delightful and picturesque village in the heart of the Surrey Hills. The school provides each student with a fully equipped kitchen and all necessary ingredients and equipment. We believe in hands-on, practical teaching – so be prepared to roll up your sleeves!

    This was a very relaxing and fun day. I learned some techniques and flavours, had an excellent lunch (of course, I had just cooked it!) and went home with some ideas which will change my cooking and some pleasant memories. Jake, our chef, was good company as well as a good (and patient) teacher. I will be back!
