Our chefs come with a wealth of knowledge and experience, and they can help you to create exciting menus full of mouth-watering dishes that are guaranteed to wow at your next dinner party.

All courses are taught by our skilled chefs. Our school is positioned in Abinger Hammer, a delightful and picturesque village in the heart of the Surrey Hills. The school provides each student with a fully equipped kitchen and all necessary ingredients and equipment. We believe in hands-on, practical teaching – so be prepared to roll up your sleeves!

Squid ink ravioli of salmon & prawn, prawn bisque, tomato fluid gel & a squid ink tuille
Mackerel ceviche, Japanese white radish, breakfast radish, crispy skin, pickled cucumber & horseradish cream

    Absolutely brilliant day! A warm welcome and Jake was a superb teacher. I accomplished some new skills that really upped my game. A good mix of demonstration and hands on cooking. Delicious lunch (cooked by us!) and really very well organised. Lizzie and the team were very helpful in helping me sort a date that worked too! All in all a very good experience which I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
