Pasta Dough
(Serves 4) Ingredients ½ kilo “00” flour 9 egg yolks 2 whole eggs 1tsp table salt 50ml olive oil Splash of water Method Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until a firm dough is achieved. Knead for 10 minutes until smooth and silky. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
