You will be taught how to select the perfect steak and learn the different types of cooking – blue, rare, medium rare, medium, medium well and well done, as well as the many different sauces that go with your perfect steak.
This two and a half-hour demo and practical class will teach all steak lovers how to cook the perfect steak for their tastes. We will teach you how to choose the right cut, prepare sauces, cook the steak and assemble the finished dish.
All courses are taught by our chefs, Jake Pinn and David Frear. Our school is positioned in Abinger Hammer, a delightful and picturesque village in the heart of the Surrey Hills. The school provides each student with a fully equipped kitchen and all necessary ingredients and equipment. We believe in hands-on, practical teaching – so be prepared to roll up your sleeves!
