You will learn how to cook delectable homemade pasta and to finish the course, you can enjoy your stunning meal with a chilled glass of Prosecco.

Description

The chef will spend the evening teaching you how to make your own pasta and turning this into tagliatelle and a filled ravioli. The chef will show you how to make pesto and a lovely filling for your ravioli. You will then get to cook your own dinner and sit down with a glass of Prosecco before heading home.

All courses are taught by our skilled chefs. Our school is positioned in Abinger Hammer, a delightful and picturesque village in the heart of the Surrey Hills. The school provides each student with a fully equipped kitchen and all necessary ingredients and equipment. We believe in hands-on, practical teaching – so be prepared to roll up your sleeves!
