At lunchtime you can enjoy your ramen with a glass of wine and get to know your course mates in our bright dining area. Our knowledgable chefs will guide you through the process and provide you with details on the fascinating subject of Japanese food culture as well as all the skills needed to recreate these dishes at home.

Pork and cabbage Gyoza with a tentsuyu and daikon sauce
Tempura veg and prawns with a dipping sauce
Tonkotsu Ramen (pork)
