Fantastic class with David who’s super friendly and makes cooking fun. He answers all your questions and you get to try food throughout the whole course. Really fun and the school is A+ and Covid secure. Will come back. Thanks

We attended this course with David in October 2021. The course was absolutely fantastic an excellent blend of demonstrations for some dishes and great hands on experience as you make your own dishes. This meant that you could concentrate on making a few dishes really well without getting overwhelmed and still learn enough to be confident to try the others.
As with all these type of courses, the people make the real difference. We had a great group of attendees but David was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, an excellent instructor and a tremendous sense of humour. We left the course having learnt a lot and enjoyed a brilliant day.
Couple of minor clarifications that would have helped. Definitely bring Tupperware! You need it to take some of the food home. It does say it in the original email but not in the reminder. Seems obvious, but you don’t need to bring lunch as you eat some of your dishes from the morning.
I have done a few of these type of courses at other cookery schools but this was hands down the best so far.
I look forward to visiting again.
