Join us for an evening where we celebrate the street food of Asia as a sociable and cultural taste experience.
Students will have the chance to craft and taste dishes made famous by markets across the globe and discover how to pair authentic ingredients effectively. Our chefs will teach you the flavours of those traditional street food dishes you see in markets in Asia.
When the lesson is over, all our students will be able to indulge in their creations, with enough to take home and share with family and friends.
All courses are taught by our skilled chefs. Our school is positioned in Abinger Hammer, a delightful and picturesque village in the heart of the Surrey Hills. The school provides each student with a fully equipped kitchen and all necessary ingredients and equipment. We believe in hands-on, practical teaching – so be prepared to roll up your sleeves!
