You will be taught the flavours and tastes of Italy where our visiting chef, Stefano, is from. You will master beautiful focaccia bread, the perfect risotto and the basics of pasta making. Expect to spend the day creating traditional Italian dishes and enjoying the fruits of your labour. You will learn the skills needed to impress your friends and family with authentic Italian food.
All courses are taught by our chefs, Jake Pinn and David Frear. Our school is positioned in Abinger Hammer, a delightful and picturesque village in the heart of the Surrey Hills. The school provides each student with a fully equipped kitchen and all necessary ingredients and equipment. We believe in hands-on, practical teaching – so be prepared to roll up your sleeves!
