I wasnt quite sure what to expect! Bought this as a Christmas present for myself and as a South African we grew up with braais being synonymous with Weber.

I thought i knew everything, apparently not, Jake educated us about how much coal to use, temperatures, timings, when to open and not to open the lid etc.

I am looking forward to kitting my garden out with a new Weber and many accessories and doing a whole lot more than just cooking kebabs and sausages.

Thank you for a fun morning and amazing 4 course lunch.

The course was thoroughly enjoyable and informative and I would highly recommend!

It would never have occurred to me to do molten chocolate pudding on the barbecue but that’s what we did and it was delicious. I will be trying that one at home.

A nice relaxed atmosphere in which to learn something new and enjoy some great food. Worth noting that this course is outside with plenty of space and the school is well equipped with hand sanitiser, etc.

Now I need to buy me a pizza stone!
