Come and meet our chef Lea, who spent many years living and working as a chef in South Korea. Over time he has learnt the art of their cuisine and culture. Working as a group to prepare the recipes this course will guide you through the streets of South Korea and the traditional foods that are prepared. Please note the class may have some outside elements due to the Korean cooking techniques the chef likes to use.
When the lesson is over, all our students will be able to indulge in their creations.
All courses are taught by our skilled chefs. Our school is positioned in Abinger Hammer, a delightful and picturesque village in the heart of the Surrey Hills. The school provides each student with a fully equipped kitchen and all necessary ingredients and equipment.
