This is the ideal course for you if you want to learn the basics of cooking or are living on your own for the first time.

Our “cooking with confidence” Cookery Course will teach you the fundamentals of knife handling, how to make straightforward sauces, how to make delectable side dishes, and how to approach meat and fish fearlessly. Additionally, we’ll show you how to properly store your dishes and how to make one of our decadent custard recipes to complement your feast.

You may learn to stay composed and develop your cooking confidence by learning from our experts. You’ll be able to dazzle your family and friends with your newfound abilities at the conclusion of the course. For those preparing for university or for those who are short on time, this course is ideal.

Every course is taught by one of our talented chefs. Our school is located in the charming and scenic town of Abinger Hammer, which lies in the Surrey Hills. Each student has access to a fully furnished kitchen inside the school, along with all essential supplies. We emphasise practical, hands-on learning, so come ready to get your hands dirty!
