Have you ever wanted to learn the art of Japanese cuisine? We will teach you the key elements needed to make a perfect bowl of ramen and delicious gyoza in this one-day course. 

Learn how to make Japanese Ramen and Gyoza. This course is ideal for a beginner.

Course Description

At lunchtime, you can enjoy your ramen with a glass of wine and get to know your course mates in our bright dining area. Our knowledgeable chefs will guide you through the process and provide you with details on the fascinating subject of Japanese food culture as well as all the skills needed to recreate these dishes at home.

Technical Skills

  • Introduction to Japanese seasoning
  • Working with meat and fish
  • Knife skills
  • Making and rolling gyoza dough

  • Chasu Chicken Ramen
  • Pork and cabbage Gyoza with a tentsuyu and daikon sauce
  • Tempura veg and prawns with a dipping sauce
  • Tonkotsu Ramen (pork)
