Look no further than our Dinner Party Cookery Course.  We will take you through the whole meal – from canapés to pudding and how to construct the perfect cheese board. This course is the ideal place to learn the skills to become a great dinner party host!

All courses are taught by our chefs, Jake Pinn and David Frear. Our school is positioned in Abinger Hammer, a delightful and picturesque village in the heart of the Surrey Hills. The school provides each student with a fully equipped kitchen and all necessary ingredients and equipment. We believe in hands-on, practical teaching – so be prepared to roll up your sleeves!

Sample Menu:

Starter: pan-fried king oyster mushrooms, fried quails egg, mushroom and tarragon sauce on toasted brioche and dehydrated powder
Main: beef with pan-roasted shallots, Vichy carrot, rich mash potato, watercress puree and a red wine sauce
Pudding: blackberry souffle with hazelnut crumble, granny smith apple sorbet and a blackberry sauce

Technical Skills:

Confit in olive oil
Handling, preparing and cooking meat
