Students will have the chance to craft and taste dishes made famous by markets across the globe and discover how to pair authentic ingredients effectively. Our chefs will teach you how to make traditional Vietnamese pho, Thai corn cakes and delicious lemongrass pork skewers.
When the lesson is over, all our students will be able to indulge in their creations, with enough to take home and share with family and friends.

Simon Drinkall –
A very enjoyable course and extremely well presented by our chef Jake. Couple of constructive points which I think would’ve made the course even more enjoyable. I would’ve happily substituted one of the dishes we were cooking with more time being spent on learning how to make the sources that accompanied the dish. For me it’s about learning both elements as opposed to having something preprepared. The only other thing I can think of, it would be great to learn about wines that could potentially pair with the dishes of the evening but perhaps that’s just me fancying a drink to go along with the food of the evening!
