Fancy learning how to make your own chocolates and, even better, take them home with you? Our pâtissier and chocolatier, David Frear, will teach you the wonders of chocolate. David will guide and support you through the class to show you the different techniques of tempering, moulding and painting your chocolates. You will also make delicious flavoured fillings to complete them. At the end of the class, you will be able to take your creations home and show them off to all your friends and family and maybe try and recreate them.
