Look no further than our Dinner Party Cookery Course. We will take you through the whole meal – from canapés to pudding and how to construct the perfect cheese board. This course is the ideal place to learn the skills to become a great dinner party host!
All courses are taught by our skilled chefs. Our school is positioned in Abinger Hammer, a delightful and picturesque village in the heart of the Surrey Hills. The school provides each student with a fully equipped kitchen and all necessary ingredients and equipment. We believe in hands-on, practical teaching – so be prepared to roll up your sleeves!
Spring/Summer 2023 – NEW MENU
Starter: Rainbow trout ceviche, watercress and wasabi emulsion, linseed cracker
Main: Roasted lamb rump, asparagus, potato terrine, pea puree, caper and rosemary lamb sauce
Pudding: Baked yoghurt and rhubarb with a macaron

Starter: Asparagus and crispy quails egg with a dill mayonnaise
Main: Lamb rump, burnt aubergine puree, artichokes and a tomato and chilli chutney
Pudding: White chocolate mousse, strawberry coulis, strawberry sorbet and a cardamom tuile

Starter: Pan fried king oyster mushroom with a cep mushroom sauce and cep powder
Main: Pan fried fillet steak, roast banana shallot, mash, watercress puree and a red wine jus
Pudding: Blackberry souffle, hazelnut crumble, apple sorbet and a blackberry sorbet
Winter 2022
Starter: Honey and butter roasted pumpkin, pumpkin puree and creamed black pepper and goats cheese
Main: Pan fried bream, mussels cooked in sherry, cauliflower puree and picked baby vegetables
Pudding: Dark chocolate mousse, kirsch brandy snap and a blackberry sorbet
