Abinger Cookery School will be closing in 2025. Courses will run until April 30th.
Learn to make delicious sushi from scratch in this fun and interactive workshop. Roll your own maki rolls, create stunning sashimi, and savour the flavours of teriyaki chicken.
You will enjoy making salmon and avocado maki rolls, tempura vegetable California rolls, sashimi and Teriyaki chicken. In these few hours, you should feel confident enough to be able to make your own fresh and delicious sushi when you get home.
All courses are taught by our skilled chefs. Our school is situated in Abinger Hammer, a delightful and picturesque village in the heart of the Surrey Hills. The school provides each student with a fully equipped kitchen and all necessary ingredients and equipment. We believe in hands-on, practical teaching – so be prepared to roll up your sleeves!
