Abinger Cookery School will be closing in 2025. Courses will run until April 30th.
On this fun half-day course, you will learn how to make multiple different rolls, including maki, California and nigiri.

Course Description
After just a few hours, you will leave with your freshly prepared selection of sushi, feeling confident enough to start experimenting with different flavour combinations when you get home.
All courses are taught by our skilled chefs. Our school is situated in Abinger Hammer, a delightful and picturesque village in the heart of the Surrey Hills. The school provides each student with a fully equipped kitchen and all necessary ingredients and equipment. We believe in hands-on, practical teaching – so be prepared to roll up your sleeves!
Please note lunch will not be provided.
