Making your bread from scratch can be so rewarding and is so versatile. If you want to learn the basics of a simple white loaf or how to make soda bread or even a soft and fluffy focaccia, then come along and learn from our chefs. They will guide you through the basics of understanding the ingredients and the kneading techniques required to get the perfect loaf. You will also sit down for a delicious lunch using the bread that you have made.
All courses are taught by our skilled chefs. Our school is situated in Abinger Hammer, a delightful and picturesque village in the heart of the Surrey Hills. The school provides each student with a fully equipped kitchen and all necessary ingredients and equipment. We believe in hands-on, practical teaching – so be prepared to roll up your sleeves!
