Abinger Cookery School will be closing in 2025. Courses will run until April 30th. 

You will learn how to cook delectable homemade pasta and to finish the course, you can enjoy your stunning meal with a chilled glass of Prosecco.

Course Description

The chef will spend the evening teaching you how to make your own pasta and turning this into a tagliatelle and a filled ravioli. The chef will show you how to make pesto and a lovely filling for your ravioli. You will then get to cook your own dinner and sit down with a glass of Prosecco before heading home.

All courses are taught by our skilled chefs. Our school is situated in Abinger Hammer, a delightful and picturesque village in the heart of the Surrey Hills. The school provides each student with a fully equipped kitchen and all necessary ingredients and equipment. We believe in hands-on, practical teaching – so be prepared to roll up your sleeves!
