Abinger Cookery School will be closing in 2025. Courses will run until April 30th.
Sharpen your skills and conquer the kitchen. You will learn how to handle a knife properly and safely with expert chefs and conquer chopping, dicing, slicing, filleting, pin boning and deboning.
You'll prepare a delicious 2-course meal to take home (containers required!).
Come along for a half-day course and learn how to handle a knife properly and safely, so you can grow in confidence and learn the classic chopping, cutting, dicing and slicing techniques including filleting and pin boning a whole fish and deboning a lamb rump.
You will get the chance to work with a variety of ingredients including meat, fish and vegetables, as our master chefs show you the ropes and leave you with expert knife skills.
Although lunch will not be provided, you will prepare a two-course meal to take home, so please remember to bring your own containers!
